In February of 2012, the hubby and I went on the honeymoon of our dreams, to Thailand! It had been somewhere we had always wanted to explore, and what better way to celebrate our wedding but to fulfil that dream. Simply put, the trip was amazing and the food was unbelievable!

The ingredients were so fresh, so lively and the flavour packed into the dishes was mind-blowing.
